Red Dead Online Players Are Dressing Like Clowns to Protest Lack of Updates

Red Dead Online players have started dressing up like clowns as part of an ongoing call for developer Rockstar Games to address concerns regarding a lack of updates to Red Dead Redemption 2‘s online mode. This story starts last December when Rockstar released a Red Dead Online update called Moonshiners. The update was generally well-received by Red Dead Online fans who praised its role-playing elements, new missions, and other content offerings. Since then, though, Red Dead Online has received no substantial updates. While that’s not necessarily uncommon in the age of the COVID-19 pandemic, it should be noted that Rockstar…

Evo Online Canceled Amidst Controversial Accusations Against CEO

The Evolution Championship Series was already set for an unprecedented year. Initially, they were going to do eight games, plus a special invitational tournament for Marvel vs. Capcom 2 to celebrate its 20-year anniversary. Pesky COVID-19 made it very apparent that a big get-together in Las Vegas at the end of the summer was absolutely not in the cards. Instead, they announced Evo Online. The announced games were dropped and replaced with four games that were at least celebrated for having good-to-great netcode (Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath, Killer Instinct, Skullgirls, and Them’s Fightin’ Herds). The plan was to start Evo…

Batman Movie Streaming Guide: Where to Watch Online

In a world where things feel like they’re spinning out of control and everything is chaos, it can be quite comforting to watch Bruce Wayne put on a rubber suit and punch bad guys in the face. It’s why Batman movies have been a staple of the moviegoing diet for more than 30 years. That doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon, and even with The Batman’s film production currently delayed, there’s already a richly diverse cinematic legacy of Dark Knight content to choose from: serious dramatic movies, campy comedy movies, animated adventures, and bleak live-action team-ups, to name but…

This article contains Star Wars spoilers. There’s no end in sight to Star Wars. Disney controls both Lucasfilm and the world itself, so it’s going to be a long time before we don’t have a new Star Wars movie to look forward to. The “watch every Star Wars movie” marathons are bound to get longer and you’ll need an easy compendium of sources to find each and every flick.  With that in mind, we’ve compiled the complete list of Star Wars streaming movies. This covers the original trilogy, the sequel trilogy, the prequels, and any other Star Wars-related movie that will…

James Bond Movies Streaming Guide: Where to Watch 007 Online

In times of great stress it’s natural for us to all find some sort of escapism – and movies are the perfect way to forget about your problems (or the world’s) for a couple of hours. Personally, we’ve found the James Bond franchise to be among the best forms of such entertainment: the movies are pure adventure and fantasy, they have a comforting template that they mostly follow, and you can dive into the series — or even an individual film — without having to catch up on anything that came before. That’s why it’s so heartening to learn that…

Stephen King Movie and TV Streaming Guide: Where to Watch Online

By our estimate, there are some 87 different theatrical movies, TV or streaming movies, TV series and limited series based on the works of Stephen King. Knock off the nine Children of the Corn sequels and the two additional Mangler movies (which, c’mon, none of those are making anyone’s “best of King” list), and you’ve still got a significant bounty of King-inspired content to plow through, even if not all of them are exactly top-tier fare. We’ve curated that list down to a manageable three dozen or so, both big and small screen, that are 1) all available for streaming…
