Fred (Paul Lieberstein) rarely gets through the day without falling to the ground with crippling pain. After meeting the beautiful Regan (Rosemarie DeWitt) and visiting an acupuncturist, he finally begins to find relief for both his chronic pain and his persistent loneliness.
