11-year-antique orphan, Félicie (Elle Fanning) has one dream – to go to Paris and grow to be a dancer. Her first-rate friend Victor (Nat Wolff), an ingenious however onerous boy with a ardour for developing, has a dream of his personal – to emerge as a well-known inventor. In a bounce of faith, Victor and Félicie leave their orphanage in pursuit of their passions. But – there’s a capture, Félicie must pretend to be the child of a rich family in order to gain admittance to the prestigious and aggressive Opera Ballet School in Paris. And and not using a professional dance education, she quick learns that talent alone is not enough to conquer the ruthless, conniving attitudes of her fellow classmates, led by means of the devious Camille Le Haut (Maddie Ziegler) and her depraved mother Régine (Kate McKinnon). Determined to be successful, Félicie unearths her mentor in the hard and mysterious college custodian, Odette (Carly Rae Jepsen) who, along with Victor’s encouraging friendship, assist her attain for the stars.
